What BantayPadala Is (and Is Not)

BantayPadala is a free online comparison tool that helps you find the best remittance rates. We are NOT a remittance provider. We don't send money. We don't hold your funds. We just show you the rates and let you decide where to send your money.

                Remember: BantayPadala provides information only. The actual remittance services are provided by licensed money transfer operators. Read their terms before sending money.
            

The Rates You See

All rates shown on BantayPadala are ESTIMATES based on real-time data we gather and verify. However:

The rates you see may NOT be the exact rates you'll get when you actually send money.
Rates change throughout the day — sometimes every minute.
Providers add their own fees and markups that can affect your final amount.
Your specific amount, payment method, and destination may result in different rates.

ALWAYS verify the exact rate and amount with your chosen provider directly before transferring any money. Don't rely only on what you see here.

Our Responsibility (and What We're NOT Responsible For)

We work hard to keep our rate data accurate and up-to-date. But we're not liable if:

You rely on our estimates and receive a different rate from the provider.
You send money and experience any loss, delay, or error.
Our site has technical errors or downtime.
You lose money due to entering wrong recipient details (that's between you and the provider).
Exchange rates change before your transaction completes.

The remittance provider is responsible for handling your money correctly. If something goes wrong with your transfer, contact the provider directly — they are your service provider, not us.
